Dear Berwick Area Joint Sewer Authority Board Members,

In accordance with 25 Pa. Code Chapter 71, a Dropbox link for the Act 537 Plan for the South Centre Township Sanitary Sewer Installation Project has been emailed to you. Please see attached copy of the email correspondence containing the Dropbox link for the Act 537 Plan Update that was emailed to you on January 12, 2026. This document is being submitted, and the official 30-day review period will run from January 14, 2026 until February 13, 2026 as the public notice will be published in the Press Enterprise on January 14, 2026.
