Change of Address
In the event of a change in mailing address, the customer shall be responsible to notify BAJSA by informing the BAJSA OFFICE at 570-752-8477 or sending a note with your payment, providing your account number, name, new street address, city, state and zip code.

Property Sale or Transfers
The customer must notify BAJSA in person or by telephone at 570-752-8477 prior to the closing date of the property sale or transfer. BAJSA will then calculate the amount due at the closing and also get the necessary information on the new property owner from the buyers abstract company or lawyer.

Account Ownership
BAJSA accounts must remain in the property owners name. BAJSA will not bill tenants individually, as it is the property owners responsibility to ensure this lienable bill remains current.
