Public Notice
Berwick Borough’s sewer system is a combined system of sanitary and storm water. During wet weather conditions, the Combined System Overflows may potentially discharge overflow directly to the Susquehanna River. The Combined System Overflows are located by the river at Oak Street, Ida Street and Iron Street.

Current Projects
The North of Ida Street Storm Water/Sanitary Sewer Project is approximately 64% complete….. so new roads in the Borough of Berwick are coming this Spring. Thanks for everyone’s consideration in dealing with the construction phase of the projects.

Berwick Borough and BAJSA are in there first 5 year period for MS4 Permit.  The first project that will be completed is South Eaton Street runoff.

Upcoming Projects
North of Mercer Street and North of Iron Street. Peters Consultants have been contacting residents via letter to get basement elevations for the next phase of these projects.
